E-Cigarette Testimonials

E-Cigarette Testimonials

Please read my own testimonial HERE. I am amazed at the success stories I read every day about electronic cigarettes. People with 20, 30, even 40 year addictions to cigarettes. People who have tried every possible known method to quit smoking. People who get their e-cigarette, take a puff, and start to cry, realizing that the answer is finally here. This is just a small collection of the thousands of testimonials I have read from various e-cigarette forums. These are all real people with no affiliation to any e-cigarette products or websites.

Linda Marie from E Cigarette forum:

I have been vaping for about 3 weeks now. I would take a few puffs off of an analog several times a day. Began to like the taste of the e-cig more and more but was still smoking 3 or so analogs a day. Just tried a couple of puffs on an analog and boy did it taste bad. I may be over the worst. Don’t give up if you still smoke some analogs – it just took me some time to lose my taste for them. The morning coughing stopped within a few days and my lungs started to clear by the end of the first week and this gave me the hope to keep going. I am SO glad I found e-cigs and this forum.

AZVAPS from E Cigarette forum:

I have been vaping exclusively (no analogs) for about 6 weeks. I used to cough a lot, especially in the morning. I also had tons of yucky phlegm with my cough. Well, its all gone. I am amazed! I also get up the stairs easier than I used to. Yayy

USMC.CAR from E Cigarette forum:

I was smoking a pack and a half to two packs a day of True Menthol Kools just two days ago. This is amazing. I had no cravings at all and only smoked the cigarette because I was trying to do a taste comparison; The cigarette tasted horrible. Is it unusual for this to happen so quickly?

WillieB69 from E Cigarette forum:

Two weeks ago I was a 2 pack a day smoker. Today- None. Nada. Zip. Zero. Didn’t even want one. And that says a lot considering I just took a 3 hour final test for one of my online classes.

LifeJunkie from E Cigarette forum:

I’ll make it quick.

Both parents were lifetime smokers and both died of lung cancer in their 50s. I started smoking after school with “the cool kids” at age 14. I smoked 2 1/2 packs a day for 20+ years. Tried everything to quit blah, blah, blah…

I had resigned myself to the fact that smoking would take my life and there was nothing I could do about it. I woke up every morning reaching for the pack of cigarettes that I had grown to hate and spend my days either smoking or thinking about the next smoke. Smoking was more than a habit, it was part of my personality, it was my identity.

Heard about the e-cig, checked online, did some research, ordered a 510 kit. I didn’t really expect much, I was just hoping to use the e-cig to smoke in places where I wasn’t allowed to smoke.

The 510 showed up in my mailbox, I ripped open the package, put the thing together, and took my first drag. I swear, as the vapor hit my throat, I almost cried. I exhaled the vapor, relaxed and knew my life had changed forever. I haven’t smoked a cigarette since that moment. It’s been 8 days now and already, I can’t stand the smell of cigarette smoke. I can breathe again, my energy level is up, I feel good. I can make plans for the future instead of constantly thinking I’ll be dead before I reach 45. I can say without a doubt that Vaping saved my life.

I know that there are many of you out there that have had similar experiences but just know that this 1 mans life has changed. I am a different person than I was 2 weeks ago, I am a new man and its important. I am not trying to be dramatic but this is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Yes, I have a wife and now its possible that I won’t have to die on her at age 40-50. Yes I have children, maybe I can walk my daughter down the aisle. Maybe I can be there as my son starts his own family. So many maybes, so many possibilities, so many….. everything. This is everything to me.

Thank you to everybody that reads this, thank you so much. I don’t know who to thank for this wonderful gift, so I thank this community. Thank you.

MrsJaaxx from E Cigarette forum:

I have shared here about how my grandmother, at 75+ years of age, quit smoking the day we gave her an e-cig. This was in September (09), I think.

Now, she often goes for days without VAPING, either! She never made a decision to quit vaping, just some days she doesn’t even think about it. We are so proud of her!

What a strange journey….I’ve gone one year without a cigarette. This all coming from a “hard core” smoker knowing full well when i died, I’d have a cig in my hand.

metalrain from E Cigarette forum:

I purchased my first ecig (not with the intent of quitting) but something to use at work to get me to the next smoke break. Over a months time, i noticed i was smoking less, and vaping more. I basically was down to my bare minimum, must have, got no choice in the matter, “three cigarettes a day”….down from almost a 2 pack a day habit.

Seems the more i vaped, the less i wanted a cigarette. Understand, i did not put a whole lot of thought into the situation, it just happened….didn’t really know what happened till after it was over…. but, July 30th, 2009 i smoked my last cig…woke up August 1st for my morning cig, and decided to vape instead, telling myself i’ll just have my noon cig…noon come and gone, so i told myself i’d have my “before bed cig”….went to bed without a cig, but a vape instead…..leading up to this point in my life….no cigs, not even a puff for the last 12 months.

I was a die hard smoker….i probably still am….I took a hard look and figured out, if I have one cigarette, buy me a carton, because i don’t have the fortitude to stop after one smoke. For me, this is not a life long battle, the only battle i have to fight is lighting that first analog….I don’t have to say no to lots of cigs, just the first one.

How ironic, a die hard (ex) smoker 1 year later not even being able to imagine lighting up a cig…True story…I can’t even imagine myself ever smoking another cig…. Something happened….I wish i knew what it was. Good luck with your journey!!!

bonniegirl from E Cigarette forum:

I was a two pack a day smoker with a 35 year habit. I had 3 heart attacks and triple bypass surgery…not to mention 8 cardiac caths…some with stent placement and some revisions. The most relevant medical tests to ascertain whether the vaping has deleterious effects on the body is the pulmonary function study and a cbc. A smokers RBC size and hemoglobin carrying capacity are greatly affected due to the carbon monoxide from analogs. I have been for vaping about two years and completely off analogs 18 months. A week ago, I had my tests repeated and they were perfectly normal. My Doctor said I am now officially a non-smoker according to medical standards. It took a long time to achieve this. My blood pressure is normal and cholesterol and blood sugar are fine. Just an FYI for those with fears of PG and diabetes and VG for those who fear high cholesterol. I vape 3ml of 12 mg a day. I am one person….but there are many like me.

My conclusion as an RN and a vaper and a person who loved smoking enough to smoke in the ICU bathroom 24 hours after open heart surgery and dared the nurse to take the cigarette out of my hand and told security to arrest me and my chest tubes. I was as committed to smoking as I now am to vaping. sorry for the long post…just felt is was relevant to the OP and may give encouragement to those new to our vaping world. Hugs and smoke free
