Understanding Your Order Status
Many new to Canada Vapes have questions about their order status. We’ve included some helpful information to better understand where your order is along the way. We are diligent about sending you status updates & keeping you updated. From start to finish your order will change status several times as our team works to get your vape supplies to you quickly. PENDING: When your order is first placed it starts in Pending Status. Once your payment has been confirmed it will continue to the next status…
PROCESSING: When your order is in Processing Status your payment has been received and your order is being picked, packaged, and prepared for shipping. This process typically takes less then one business day. Once your order is ready to ship your order will change to…
SHIPPED: When your order has been provided with a shipping label and received by Canada Post your order status will change to Shipped Status. Typically within a few hours of your order updating to Shipped Status you will receive a confirmation email from Canada Post which will contain your tracking number as well as a link to Canada Post page where you can track your shipment.
